  • Shipping & Delivery

  • At Faces by Brandi LLC, it is our goal to provide the best buying and shipping experience for our customers. Orders placed before 4PM Tuesday-Friday will ship the same day or the following business day.  Orders placed on the weekend or holiday (Saturday and Sunday), will ship the following business day. If your order is delayed for any reason, Faces by Brandi will contact you by phone and email with further information.

    Faces by Brandi, LLC uses insured USPS to deliver customer orders. USPS will provide a tracking number at the time the shipping label is created. You will receive information about tracking your order once it has been sent. Please track your order directly on the USPS website for the most current information.

    FacesbyBrandi.com will determine the rate charged for order shipping by the weight of products in your order, and your location. Handling charges, if any, will be determined at a percentage of the total order. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown the cost of shipping and handling, if applicable, and you will be given the opportunity to cancel your order if you wish.

    Although Faces by Brandi, LLC strives to keep in-stock inventory of all featured products, occasionally an item will go on back order. If the web order cannot be filled immediately, you will be contact by Faces by Brandi, LLC. When a product in your current order is unavailable, but all else is in-stock, Faces by Brandi will ship the back order item separately. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

  • At Faces by Brandi, LLC, we are dedicated to offering our customers the finest cosmetic and skin care products available. Exceptional care is taken to provide products made with the gentlest, most beneficial ingredients.  If the products you received from the Faces by Brandi, LLC web store do not meet your expectations, you may be able to return or exchange the unused, unopened item if it is in resalable condition.

Returns or exchanges can be made in-store or on-line. Please pack the contents of your return box carefully to avoid damage and retain a copy of the invoice for your records.

    All returns and exchanges must be pre-approved by Brandi Chroniger at Faces by Brandi, LLC. NOTE:Our general policy, due to the low cost nature of the products, is a no return policy.  Exchange only within 3 days of your purchase.     To protect your return from loss or damage, ship your items by UPS or insured USPS. Please retain receipts and tracking information for your records. Faces by Brandi is not responsible for lost or damaged return items.

     Original and return shipping charges are not refundable. Faces by Brandi, LLC will offer a suitable discount or store credit as applicable to each return.

    Your return will be processed promptly upon arrival.
